These Easy Chocolate Wizard Hat Cookies are perfect for a Harry Potter Birthday Party or as witch hats for Halloween or a Wicked Birthday Party. They are a quick, semi-homemade, no-bake treat.

For my daughter's Harry Potter Birthday Party, I made a lot of different themed treats. One of my favorite ways to add variety to a dessert table is to include some super easy treats that are semi-homemade with store bought ingredients.

These Wizard Hat Cookies are so simple to make but very cute and fitting for a Harry Potter theme.

They also look like witch hats, so they would be perfect for Halloween or a Wicked Birthday Party.

Supplies
- milk chocolate Hershey's Kisses
- Keebler Fudge Stripes Cookies
- semi-sweet chocolate chips, such as Ghirardelli brand
- sandwich bag or a disposable piping bag

Assemble the Cookies
Unwrap the Hershey's Kisses and flip the fudge stripes cookies over so the chocolate bottom is facing up.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring after each round of heating, until just melted.
Transfer the melted chocolate into a sandwich bag or a disposable piping bag.

Cut off a very small opening in one of the corners of the sandwich bag or the tip of the piping bag. Pipe a ring of melted chocolate around the circumference of the bottom of a Hershey's Kiss.

Place the Hershey's Kiss over the hole of the fudge stripes cookie, pressing down slightly to adhere. Repeat with the remaining cookies.

Allow the chocolate to set.
Storage
Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
Gluten Free Option
Goodie Girl brand makes a fudge stripe cookie that is certified gluten free. The edges are scalloped, so the look would be slightly different. The other ingredients are already gluten free.
