Ingredients
- 18 Keebler Fudge Stripes Cookies
- 18 milk chocolate Hershey's Kisses unwrapped
- ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips such as Ghirardelli brand
Instructions
- Flip the fudge stripes cookies over so the chocolate bottom is facing up.18 Keebler Fudge Stripes Cookies
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring after each round of heating, until just melted.⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Transfer the melted chocolate into a sandwich bag or a disposable piping bag.
- Cut off a very small opening in one of the corners of the sandwich bag or the tip of the piping bag. Pipe a ring of melted chocolate around the circumference of the bottom of a Hershey's Kiss.
- Place the Hershey's Kiss over the hole of the fudge stripes cookie, pressing down slightly to adhere. Repeat with the remaining cookies.
- Allow the chocolate to set.
- Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
