Blueberry

Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits for baking. The heat truly transforms them to a bubbling, jammy fruit like in these Blueberry Crumb Bars or Blueberry Ganache Brownies. While blueberries are peak in the summer months, frozen blueberries are available all year and work well in so many blueberry recipes.
