To brew the tea, pour the boiling water over the tea bags and allow them to steep for 10 minutes. Remove the bags, squeezing them to remove the liquid, and add the sugar. Stir to dissolve. Chill the tea until cool.
Just prior to serving, add the ginger ale and mix.
4 cups ginger ale
Add the strawberries and lemon slices to the top of the punch.
1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 lemon
Serve with passed granulated sugar for guests to add if they prefer a sweeter tea.
Notes
