fresh orange juice

water

egg white substitute

teaspoon
vanilla extract

sugar
to taste

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed 45-60 seconds, until mixture is very smooth and frothy.
¾ cup fresh orange juice,
6 tablespoons water,
1 ½ tablespoons egg white substitute,
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract,
4 tablespoons sugar,
2 cups ice
Use slightly less ice for a thinner consistency; use slightly more for a thicker shake-like consistency.
