Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil spray or drizzle with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the chicken.
½ cup plain bread crumbs, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ cup marinara sauce, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Stir in the chicken until just combined.

Spray your hands with olive oil spray or dip your fingers in a small bowl of olive oil. Scoop or divide the mixture into 18 meatballs. Roll the meatballs in your oiled hands to achieve a round shape. Respray or oil your hands as needed to avoid sticking.
Place the formed meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
