Emerald City Punch

This green Emerald City Punch is the perfect drink to serve at a Wizard of Oz or Wicked themed birthday party! It is a delicious, non-alcoholic punch and a kid favorite. It's green color also makes it perfect for a St. Patrick's Day celebration!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Blue Kool-Aid
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 8 cups Water
  • 46 ounces 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 cups Ginger Ale

Instructions

  • Combine the first 4 ingredients in a punch bowl and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.

  • Scoop the ice cream onto the surface of the punch. Pour the ginger ale over and around the ice cream to make a bubbly foam.
