4ouncescream cheeseblock style, at room temperature
2½ouncesplain Greek yogurt
1½tablespoonsfresh dillminced
½tablespoonpowdered Ranch dressing mixsuch as Hidden Valley
Instructions
Prepare the Cucumber Slices:
Wash and dry the cucumbers. If you want to have a striped look on the sides, use a vegetable peeler to peel small strips lengthwise on cucumber to create long stripes.
2 large English cucumbers
Slice cucumbers into rounds, about ½-inch thick.
Mix the Filling:
In a small bowl, combine the filling ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe a swirl of filling onto the top of each cucumber slice.
Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve chilled.
Notes
