In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Old Bay Seasoning and chives.
2 cups Bisquick, ⅔ cup shredded cheddar cheese, ⅓ cup freshly shredded (not grated) Parmesan, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning, 2 tablespoon fresh chives
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and sour cream.
⅔ cup 2% milk, ¼ cup sour cream
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. Fold together until just mixed.
Drop onto ungreased baking sheet by spoonful.
Bake for 8 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter, then bake an additional 1 - 2 minutes. Serve warm.

Optional: finish with sprinkle of fleur de sel.
