Combine the melted butter with the either the poppy seed ingredients or the Italian dressing mix. Set aside.
Assemble and Bake the Sandwiches:
Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them all still attached.
Place the bottoms in a buttered 13x9-inch baking dish.
Spread some of the topping mixture on the bottom half of rolls.
Layer deli meat and cheeses two times.
Place the tops of the rolls on top of the meat and cheese.
Spread the remaining topping mixture over top of the rolls.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake the sandwiches at 350°F until rolls are brown and inside is warm and melted, about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.
