Put ice, mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
5-7 ice cubes, 1 cup plain yogurt, ½ cup milk, 1 cup mango pulp, 4 teaspoons sugar, ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
Pour into individual glasses, sprinkle with a little cardamom, and serve. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
