Slow Cooker Orange Chicken is a crock pot recipe of Panda Express's orange chicken. Chicken breast pieces in an orange sauce served with rice.

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken (cut into 2-inch chunks)
- 1/2 cup flour
- olive oil (for browning chicken)
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt (reduce the amount if using table salt)
- 6 ounces pulp free orange juice concentrate, thawed (1/2 can frozen)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
Use a 4 quart slow-cooker for best results.
Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour, and shake off the excess.
Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the chicken on all sides. Don't fully cook.
Place chicken in slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine the orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt, and ketchup. You may want to taste the sauce at this point and add more brown sugar to your liking.
Pour sauce over chicken and toss gently to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve over rice.
