Oven Dried Tomatoes are made in your oven instead of the sun but still have that concentrated tomato flavor. Add them to salads, pastas, pizzas, and more!
- Cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
- Olive oil
- Pinch of sugar
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
Place the tomatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil, with the cut side facing up.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
Bake tomatoes for about 3 hours, or until they are shriveled.
Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
