The easiest homemade Dulce de Leche! All you need is 1 ingredient and some patience.

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- hot water (for water bath)
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk into a glass pie plate or pyrex dish and cover with foil.
Place dish in a larger roasting pan where it can sit flat.
Pour hot water into the roasting pan to a depth of about halfway up the pie plate/dish.
Place in oven and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Carefully remove foil to avoid getting water into the dulce de leche. Stir until smooth.
