plain yogurt
1/2
cup
milk

cup
mango pulp
(or chopped mango)

teaspoons
sugar
(or more to taste)
1/4
teaspoon
ground cardamom
(plus more for sprinkling )

Instructions
Put ice, mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Pour into individual glasses, sprinkle with a little cardamom, and serve. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Note: M
ango pulp can be found at international foods stores. The flavor will be more robust using mango pulp than with fresh or canned mango slices.
